What is Crystal Reports Viewer XI?
Crystal Reports Viewer XI is a free report file viewer that allows you to create interactive views of Crystal
Reports to answer your particular business problem. With Crystal Reports Viewer you can share .rpt
report files instantaneously via email or online.

How does it work?
It takes only a couple of minutes to download and install Crystal Reports Viewer XI on your computer.
Once launched, you can view and share your Crystal Reports with your co-workers and business
partners. Drilling down into charts and summary tables straight from the Viewer is possible without a
report designer or IT support. In addition, you can save your report in a widely used text file format such
as .pdf, .rtf and .xls for further data analysis and presentation with office productivity tools.

Do I need additional software installed?
No. Crystal Reports Viewer XI is a standalone tool that requires no additional software such as a report
designer or report engine.
